This area is devoted to food industry operators

The food industry project by PVI Formazione envisages individual DVD remote training on Food Health and Safety (former health record).

Courses are based on an exclusive innovative methodology called “DVD one to one”, as each DVD is unique and allows only one certificate per attendee. The most significant novelty lies in the fact that it allows everyone not familiar with computers to attend the multimedia and interactive courses, with assessment questionnaires, by simply using a TV set, a DVD reader and a remote control. Users will also be able to access different types of tutoring. The more expert users will also be able to follow courses on PC or Mac.

The DVD courses shall be multilanguage, thus allowing operators of other nationalities to follow courses in their own language. Special attention paid to Spanish, Arabian and Chinese, will ease communication with ethnic communities, especially in the catering Industry.
